Under the guise of searching for rats, the party persuaded Charlie to grant them access to the cellar. With Cal providing a distraction, Yukon and Deicida approached two chests adorned with crescent moons. Yukon inserted his key into the first lock, revealing an assortment of potions, black hunting cloaks, short swords, and chainmail shirts. The second chest yielded more cloaks, light crossbows, and bolts. Deicida spotted a hidden compartment containing seven large Platinum Bars and a sealed letter. The letter, stamped with a crescent moon, read: "C+K Here is payment from our patrons. I will call for you in the spring. —X."
